Kiyanna Nelson is a KW Commercial Associate representing owners, occupiers, and investors throughout Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. She advises clients on investment sales, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and corporate location strategies across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets, helping organizations align real estate decisions with operational objectives, growth strategies, and long-term portfolio goals.

Nelson takes a data-driven approach to commercial real estate advisory, drawing on property-level analysis, market research, and regional economic trends to evaluate opportunities, assess asset positioning and risk, and inform leasing strategies, investment decisions, and site selection.
